Foreign Service Examination (FSE) Review services the needs of our graduates and other applicants planning to take the Foreign Service Exam (FSE) given by the Department of Foreign Affairs. Started in 2004, the FSE is offered yearly by the European Studies Program and conducted by faculty of different departments of the Loyola Schools (i.e., European Studies Program, Departments of Political Science, Economics, History, Socio-Anthropology, and Filipino), and experts from other universities and institutions. A Certificate in FSE can be earned by the applicants who are interested in enhancing their knowledge of international relations and politics, diplomacy, economics, history, society, and culture.
